The SND Network

The SND Network includes most of Sweden’s higher education institutions, as well as several other research-conducting organizations. Network members have chosen to establish local functions for research data support.

The local support functions train and assist researchers in sustainable research data management and in making data and metadata available via Researchdata.se or equivalent services.  

SND provides expert knowledge, web-based training resources, support, and advisory services for the local support functions within the SND Network. In addition, members of the SND Network are offered network meetings and webinars that facilitate contact and exchange of experience across the sector. Across the SND Network, there is active collaboration through various working groups and specialist networks. The SND Network also has its own collaborative workspace on the Basecamp platform, which supports broad knowledge exchange.   

Language 

Swedish, although many events and interactions take place in English.

Access is available to organizations that are members of the SND Network.

Pricing 

Network members pay a user fee, currently a maximum of SEK 75,000 per year (valid for the period 2023–2026).
