On a couple of Fridays this autumn/winter, we will host an IT drop-in session. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions about and discuss IT-related issues connected to research data management. These questions may be about storage, integrations, or suggestions for improvements to the SND system. The discussions will be based on what questions the participants ask.

We can now present a demonstration film about how DORIS can be connected to local storage, with SUNET as an example. The film begins with a technical presentation, followed by the demonstration of how DORIS, the storage solution, and the SND research data catalogue are connected.

The demonstration film will be the starting-point for questions in the DORIS drop-in on 8 December, and can be followed up with more technical discussions in the IT drop-in session on 11 December.
