Are you interested in gaining a different perspective on the process of data capturing and visualization? For example, would you like to know more about the use of 3D spatial technologies to capture archaeological data in the field?
SHARE is a webinar series arranged by DARKLab at Lund University, in collaboration with SND, BItFROST, and the University of Oslo. The webinars will tackle pressing issues in archaeological digital practice, together with several experts in the field.
The first event will be held 18 November. The topic of discussion is the potential to perform 3D-based digitization in a GIS environment and set it as a standard procedure for single-context site documentation. Dr Giacomo Landeschi (Lund University) will be presenting, in dialogue with Dr James Stuart Taylor (University of York).
