The unexpected covid-19 outbreak has required many quick and creative solutions for planned events all over the world. Now the ICPSR have announced that their popular summer program in quantitative methods will be offered online.
Every year, ICPSR (Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research) hold an international summer program in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Given the current situation, ICPSR have decided to offer their courses and workshops online. They have also reduced their participation fees.
The summer program schedule is divided into the usual two four-week sessions beginning on 22 June, 2020. Participants can register for four or eight weeks. There are also a number of stand-alone three- to five-day long workshops. Sweden’s national membership in ICPSR allows Swedish participants to pay a reduced course fee. Note that the registration fees will rise on 1 May.
