SND cancelled the network meeting in Karolinska Institutet in Solna on 11 March.
The cancellation came after the announcement from the Public Health Agency of Sweden on 10 March, that the risk assessment for community spread of the Covid-19 in Region Stockholm and Region Västra Götaland has been raised to Very high.
—We regret to have to cancel at such short notice, but have decided to follow the recommendation from the University of Gothenburg, says Elisabeth Strandhagen, Deputy Director of SND.
As of yet, it is unclear when and in what format the network meeting will be rescheduled.
—We hope to be able to substitute this meeting with a later event, possibly as a webinar or something similar. After all, around 20 presentations have been prepared and we would like people to be able to see them, says Elisabeth Strandhagen.
