Hotels cost in general ~1500-2000SEK per night (~160-210EUR) if you book some time in advance. Here are some hotel recommendations for those of you who haven’t booked a hotel already. All are located near a tram or bus stop with a direct connection to Medicinaregatan.
To get to the city from the airport you can either a taxi (~540SEK) or use the airport bus (~120SEK) which have a stop just outside the airport exit. The bus will take you to the vicinity of all the hotels.
Bus and tram fare are most easily paid through the app Västtrafik To Go, which is available on Google Play or Apple App Store. There you can use your card to pay for the fare. If you travel by tram you can also buy a ticket in vending machines on the tram. Note that these vending machines are NOT available on buses.
