Description

Measurements showing how the velocity profile of a highly turbulent air flow is laminarized by the soft hairy walls lining the pipe walls. The documented detailed but manual measurements were done in 1979, A Prandl pipe was used to determine the dynamic air pressure in sections along the pipe.

The dataset was originally published in DiVA and moved to SND in 2024.
