Description

Proteins and oxylipids in plasma and bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL), of calves treated against bovine respiratory syncytial virus infection, with meloxicam (MEL, n=5), aspirin (ASA, n=5), or not (CTR, n=5, untreated controls). Proteins and oxylipids were detected by label-free quantitative mass spectrometry-based proteomics and liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry with triple quadrupole mass detectors, respectively. The design and methods of this trial is described in detail in Hägglund et al. 2024.
