Description

The data represent the concentration of various pollutants in stormwater runoff samples collected from three different catchment areas during three different precipitation events. The samples are membrane treated and a mass balance analysis was done to assess the quality of various streams from membrane treatment process.

Data collection
  • Mode of collection: Experiment
  • Description of the mode of collection: During precipitation event, stormwater runoff from three different catchment areas was sampled. Then the collected runoff was treated using membrane and analyzed on various parameters. Then mass balance analysis was done. Samples were sent to an external Accredited lab for analysis.
  • Data collector: Luleå University of Technology rorId
  • Instrument: Membrane unit - An ultrafiltration membrane which is a combination of PES/PVP provided by Purac AB was used.
Geographic coverage

Geographic spread

Geographic location: Luleå Municipality

Geographic description: Three different catchment area, including a roadside, housing area and light industrial area were chosen, the runoff from three different precipitation events were collected and used for these experiments.
