The sample key for the experiment is provided in "DualMt.10X.SampleMap.txt". Raw FASTQ files containing nucleotide base sequences and respective quality scores for each sample are provided in the folder "RAW_FASTQ". FASTQs for each sequenced sample are provided in separate subfolders according to the above sample key. FASTQ files were processed as described in the associated publication to generate count matrices. An overall count matrix after QC steps but before CD34-expressing cell selection is provided in DualMt.10x.PreprocessedData.rds, which already includes all relevant metadata. This .rds file was generated using Seurat 3.1.4 and is an analysis-ready file that may be read directly with Seurat or other compatible packages for single-cell data analysis. The file DualMt.10x.ProcessedData.rds corresponds to the main Seurat object subjected to analysis, where only CD34-expressing cells are included.
